Services
Management Information Systems Service
Our entire management information system is developed and maintained by our Management Information Systems team. This vital service aims to participate in the specification and design of solutions that support various processes, optimising information flows and interactions between different parties. Among the various systems under our supervision, the following stand out: the Human Resources System, the Intranet (which supports automated workflow processes and internal institutional communication), the INESC TEC Research Information System (IRIS), the Institutional Repository, the Website, uONEConnect (a project management system specialised in European projects), the CRM system, and the SAP financial system.

Systems Administration Service
In the digital era, there are many technological challenges – most of them complex and often urgent. To meet these demands, our Systems Administration Service is a key pillar that ensures the security, efficiency, and continuous evolution of the organisation's technological infrastructure. We manage computing and storage infrastructures, maintain collaborative platforms and essential authentication systems, manage user IT equipment, provide support through the helpdesk, and oversee software management and licensing. We also contribute to the efforts in data protection by providing technical support and specialised consulting.

Networks and Communications Service
The connectivity and efficiency of our communication systems are managed by the Networks and Communications Service. On a daily basis, they ensure the proper maintenance and management of our buildings and infrastructures, making sure that processes run smoothly and that information is protected.
